Regardless of how wrong the gate agent is, how much can you really do at 15 min prior to push with no red coat on hand to correct the agent. Had it happen to me last December out of Atlanta. Gate agent gave the JS to an AA pilot with me and another DCI pilot listed (not to mention it was a 2 x JS A320). Not the time or place to act like an a**. All you can do is get it corrected after the fact.
Best case is if you can speak with the captain. The OAL jumpseater SHOULD also be willing to point it out to the captain as well. The captain will fix it if he finds out about it. In your case, was the other jumpseat allowed to go empty?
