Think long term on this. I am using my Post 911 GI Bill to send my daughter to SCAD. Planned tuition, fees, room, and board totals over $52k/year. With Yellow Ribbon my out of pocket costs will be limited to however much room and board exceeds the BAQ for Savannah GA + other incidentals. I'm so glad I didn't use a single month of that entitlement on my ATP.
