First no one said millennials but you. If Delta needed FOs to upgrade to preserve their business they’d do the same thing Envoy is doing. I’ll enjoy LGA and I’ll leave as soon as I can because that’s the job. Just like if they shut down a base, get rid of aircraft, or furlough its part of being an airline pilot. A job that is way better and easier than any other I’ve ever had. There are perks and drawbacks. Envoy is in the airline business not the providing you airplanes to fly at your chosen location business. The faster some of you accept that the less heartburn you’re going to have and the less you’ll ***** about “bad faith”. Corporations aren’t people, they’re remorseless entities that only exist to make money, as are the people that run them.
