I guarantee if we had endeavor or better rates that suddenly all these 800-950 hour FO's would all be claiming they're ready to upgrade. Not belittling them at all, I can't blame them, why increase responsibility with peanuts increase in pay? I agree.... but if the company were to raise payrates, they might find themselves out of this predicament they're in. But glad to see they didn't head this problem off before the summer schedules.
