Do you expect that if you’ve never had these you’d be unable to handle it or would you ball it up because it’d never happened to you before?
Experience is good but you can’t get it second hand. That’s why we train.
I think what he's trying to say is, the guys that came in on the helicopter program and haven't touched a plane in years are not holding up too well, and making it a lot of work. 3 years ago what's coming out to the line now, would have never passed the Sims
