i have said it at least a hundred times on here. this is a job where you are one medical or checkride away from being on the street the very next day. at least with alpa you get Protection. if you have a medical issue they have attorneys who can help you take the time you need to get it resolved without punishment so you can get back on the line. Everyone has bad days, and you just hope you aren't in the sim when you have one. At pinnacle if you fail your upgrade checkride you can go back to being an fo and then try again a year later. at skywest its either up or out... nothing you can do without protection. and getting terminated for failing upgrade looks worse on your record than failing new hire..[/quote]

koolaid my friend its not about me being right and you eating your words,, thats not what i am saying. i was just questioning the fact that you said if you guys vote no to alpa, that you think management will give you a raise. thats what bothers me.
