Not management at all... just have a lot of experience flying in/out of Kabul/Bagram.

Sink rate: oh no... the box is yelling at me but if I plan accordingly I know it’s going to happen.
Lasered in the eye: please... I’ve been lasered more times in the states than over there.
It’s really not a big deal! But guess some people handle pressure better than others.
