Disciplinary action for what? Making a non-inappropriate or offensive hand gesture? childish sure, but not like he was giving the bird. Or throwing up gang signs. For those that don’t know what he was doing, it’s a hand gesture grade schoolers do, if someone catches you making that gesture below their waist they get a punch you in the arm. Its a kids game. Not defending it, its just childish at most. Its like putting rabbit ears on someone
