We're seeing around 6 per class every week, roughly. It was asked what their plans were to bring in new pilots, how they're going to attract people and their answer was "we're gong to keep doing what we're doing." Basically keep going to schools and job fairs to try and recruit. No mention of money, contracts, QOL, flows, interviews...

But if you come here you will fly and not sit around wishing you were flying
