The pay obviously isn't too low otherwise we wouldn't have sufficient applicants to interview and to fill classes with. I'd love to hand guys $105/hour year one but I won't waste an ounce of my negotiating capital for guys/gals who aren't even on property yet.
Once the flow of applicants stops then NK can raise the first year pay accordingly.
Or just lower the requirements, like they did last year? If you work for Spirit you should get the pay/insurance/representation.
