Delta replenishes each pilots sick bank to "240 hours" each June...
We get a paltry 60 hrs. each year.....The only real difference is that ours can roll over...though we also are required to burn our sick bank to zero before LTD can kick in..... Good luck if you find yourself behind that power curve.
