In my 23 years here, these goofy corporate acronyms come and go all the time. They have zero, zip, zilch, nada impact on how I operate the jet. Always gonna be the safest possible operation. The rest is governed by the ALPA code of ethics. The corporate phrase of the week is just background noise.
I once had an assistant chief pilot bring pizza to the cockpit cuz we met the “ hub goals”. I asked her what they were, and she was flabbergasted that I didn’t know. I simply said I do my job the same regardless, but if doing so gets me pizza, thank you very much! Hell, I have enough to read keeping up with the safety related changes that we’re currently implementing. I don’t care to try to incorporate non essential company drivel into my reading list.
