dont forget the bizarre wheel movement for block out. ready to push.....and thennnnnnnnnn now we are late! or the new ramp metering crap in CLT. these sort of decisions are a self inflicted shot gun wound...can't be fixed.
psa should do a study, since i am sure they can have the acars send a message, and measure our on time perf. with break released then compare the two
