I used a Merger Move (CBA LOA 3), which had all the entitlements of the career move EXCEPT the positive space travel. Everything worked as advertised. The company outsources the expense reporting to another company; you submit/arrange all your entitled expenses through them (90 days of hotels, positive space house hunting trip for you and spouse, etc.). The people I dealt with were all very good and never had a problem. They also handle the interface with the moving company. If I remember correctly, we were allowed 20,000lb of household goods and two cars. All the specifics are spelled out in section 10 of the CBA.
