Norwegian loses money when load factors drop below the mid-80s. Which is 3/4 of the year. They are dumping seats onto the market, pricing tickets below their operating cost. It absolutely forces down my Profit Sharing so yes, they are forcing my wages down.
I will celebrate the day they go out of business.
