They said that they talked to someone in charge there...the rate of new hires in Jan-Feb that didn't complete training was very high, both from pilots leaving, and those having training issues. What's "very high"? I know of a few that left for greener pastures, or for personal reasons. Haven't heard of any Jan or Feb hires that have washed out otherwise.
