My God, man, can't you see that your excuse is no excuse at all. It's at best an admission to a lesser charge of felonious assault and battery. Alaska can't allow anyone who thinks that is proper conduct to be employed by them - certainly not in any position of authority.

Who do you work for, by the way? You think your employer would be OK with you assaulting a woman to avoid embarrassing the company?
You're obviously over emotional about this situation. However, can you not see how she put the company between a rock and a hard place, by not going to the Police? She doesn't like the decision the company made, when she put her faith in the company to handle the situation, and her story didn't seem fully plausible?

BTW, if you interview at Delta, they will ask you about a drunk crewmemeber, and you could bomb your interview if you don't say you would help protect the company.
