Uh....yes. I'm not going to ignore someone getting attacked in the next room, and I sincerely doubt that hotel security would, if called. In addition, many times crewmembers are in hotel rooms near each other, so it's very possible that the person in the room next to you is another crewmember. Possibly getting attacked. You'd better bet I'd do something about it, and it's pretty dang easy just to pick up the phone and make a call.
