That is not what I said. I said it shouldn't matter if the guest who heard the noise was a crew member or not. If they were a crew member and they heard someone yelling "Stop" they the action they take shouldn't depend on whether or not they assume the person yelling stop is in the same profession as they are.
Keep in mind this tidbit of information came from someone who, claimed PACER was the source of his information, but PACER doesn't even cover the court where the case is filed, then claims you can't cut and paste docs from PACER, when you can. Until I see this from a reliable source its bogus. There may very well have been a filing in King County Court, but you can't find pleadings on their web site, and no news organization has filed any kind of story on this. I would think that if they filed witness statements that verified any of her story it would be all over the news.
