Of course it makes a difference. One could have a question in their mind of what they heard if it was any random person. Was it a couple fighting, a drunken married couple, a group of kids playing a joke, not sure, how involved do I get? Well, calling security might make me feel I did enough. I don't think we are talking about the same thing. I am talking about the claim that a guest next door heard her yelling "Stop." There was no information about whether that person was a crew member or not. I am saying that the profession of that guest does not matter.
You are saying that if you were that guest, you would act differently as a crew member. That is fine but to me, the actions of that guest are minor compared to the supposed actions of everyone else.
