Nope, you read that wrong.. the CBA says " The Pilot moves his primary residence to a location within 200 miles of any airport serving the Base of his most recent vacancy or displacement award" .. notice it says "serving", not "served". It's referring to "co-terminals", like EWR/LGA or IAD/DCA/BWI.
