But they've got an SIC commitment. If I don't like Tradewind I can leave immediately upon getting my ATP mins and pocket my entire bonus at a regional or upgrade and take the PIC pay. At PS I'd have to give something back. I'm also a fan of 4/3, the extra $9k for being an SIC, and not having to wait until October for class.
I'm no planesense cheerleader by any means, just pointing out their PIC contract is less punitive. Transparency and sharing info helps everyone.
