The allegation is just that, an allegation. There are WAY too many questions and facts that don’t add up that assuming that a rape took case takes a tremendous leap of faith and emotion. Any defense attorney out there would rip this case to shreds and embarrass the plaintiff. As far as proof, that lies on the accuser. Can you prove you didn’t rape anyone last year? Can you prove you didn’t cheat on your taxes? Can you prove that you have never drank and driven?
All you’ve heard are news stories, and maybe you’ve read the text of the lawsuit. Are you saying you don’t have any questions?
