I fail to see your you point. It was Colgan first ALPA vote, the first vote often fails. Skywest I have no idea. Even if US Airways (east) dumps ALPA the will still be represented by a union, most likely an in house.
I'm not really taking sides pro or con, I was just asking where everything stood at the moment.
