That’s relative... spirit got pbs... how much is it worth it to Frontier to not get pbs... I’ll stay at our current rates for 12 weeks of vacation, 25%dc, company paid insurance, 10 sick days a month etc... they can give us $300 an hour and it could still suck... I flew maybe 700ish hours last year and credited almost 1100... it’s all in the language and how easy it is to earn soft credit... pay rates are important but having a lower hourly rate with air tight work rules is more important... getting rid of phrases like “at the company’s discretion” and “whenever possible” is more important than a $30 or $50 an hour raise... pay rates can vanish quickly... it’s harder to rewrite work rules and internal processes during bankruptcy
