Compared to life at the majors, all of the regionals stink. Mesa isn’t always a user friendly place to work, but you will fly hard, upgrade faster than other companies, and then be competitive when applying to the company that you want to retire from. Sounds like you’ve been through worse than Mesa will dish out. Build your resume as fast as you can and then start looking for a better life. The competition is intense so it won’t happen overnight, but keep plugging away and someone will call if you cast a wide net.
