GoJet has a wingman program that you can check out. It’s a no commitment thing where you go check out the headquarters, do around an hour at the flight safety simulator and get a free dinner. Just talk to any of the recruiters and they can set you up with it. That way you can see some of the ops with your own eyes.

Not necessarily a bad idea to take a close look, but do NOT get emotionally invested in a regional. Compare them objectively and make your decision based on what's best for you at the time.
Just because this guy and his management team are making nice doesn't mean they are nice. I still recall when you needed to know someone just to get a regional interview, and they started off indoc with a powerpoint brief on new-hire failure statistics.... "look left, look right, one of those people won't be here in six weeks"
