We agree on the subject of EU, UAE and Asian airlines.
Most U.S. union protected work rules, do not exist even at the best airlines overseas.
Another reason why contract negotiations should NEVER include work rule concessions.
Ryanair has no rules, but finally some pilots are trying to improve that.
No, not an accurate statement, just been a long time waiting for a contract that is still lagging, and during that period hiring minimums were adjusted quite far downward
