We Boeing and Airbus pilots have what is called a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement that we will live under until some unkown time in the future. We call it a Contract. It contains all the answers you seek. If you cannot find it in there, it does not exist. It contains 31 sections, 16 LOA’s(letters of agreement), 21 MOU’s(memorandums of understanding) and 14 OA&S’s(other agreements and settlements). I suggest you read it. It matters
