Most carriers in the US require totaltime and turboprop/jet or some multi time...not aircraft specific time for an FO position.

Yeah, I don't understand that either, I've seen those expat FO jobs that require 100 hrs in type... why would someone who already has a type and 100 hrs in the type go all the way to India just to become an FO again? To have 100 hrs in type means you already have a job flying that type (unless you PAID for those 100 hrs! ), and if it were me, I'd just stay here and build my TPIC time. UNLESS of course that Indian job pays me like 3 times the US salary. lol.
