It’s posts like this on public forums that caused the company to have the mindset they currently do on sick calls. A few years ago when they started blanket denying PO/PVDs people were posting on here that they were just going to bang in for time off they needed. The company read that and started intimidating people who call in sick often to try to combat their staffing problem. I don’t care what you do when you call in sick but it doesn’t need to be posted on a public forum.
