Then, there were the “soft skill” questions:

What would you do with an unruly passenger, how to you feel about having a CA who is 23, what do you know about our schedule and how often you are away from home, etc. They are very friendly and aren’t looking to trap you in any questions. Just be honest, think of the safest answer, and try to consider Customer Service whenever possible.
