Several guys travelled in khakis and a button-up shirt and all got the job. Day 1 was a mix of suits with no ties, slacks with dress shirts and no ties, and khakis and dress shirts with no ties. I don't think I saw anyone with a tie on day 1. Day 2 is interview suit and tie.
