Yes. Basically anything counts against you with the "commuter policy". Look in the FSM or BlueBook to see how an out of position, emergency, missed trip, and so on, all count against you in some nebulous, mostly undefined way. The commuter policy is not your friend. It can do nothing to protect you. It can only hurt you. It's just a "guide". If you get an Out of Position (OOP) even while following the Commuter Policy, it still counts against you via the Dependability Policy.

If you plan to stay at BJ forever, make sure it's truly commutable. You are always ONE incident/accident/allegation away from being on the chief pilot's radar.
