Hotel laundry works great on long trips. Leave a shirt in the hotel laundry, pick up the clean one and leave another dirty next trip. Works great for six to ten day trips, especially if you are senior enough to hold the same trips consistently for a few years.

I still have uniform shirts at the hotel laundry in HKG, SIN, and NRT, and I have been retired four years now.
