I completely agree. Something needs to be done to improve the training not just on the Ejet side, but the CRJ side too. No one seems to even be getting thru sims or the checkride anymore without having to do it twice. The fail rate right now is quite high at Mesa. Improve the training, and it will be lowered.
All the regionals seem to be taking longer to get people through training than they once did. Perhaps the applicant pool for new hires has become ... shallower.
