I completely agree. Something needs to be done to improve the training not just on the Ejet side, but the CRJ side too. No one seems to even be getting thru sims or the checkride anymore without having to do it twice. The fail rate right now is quite high at Mesa. Improve the training, and it will be lowered.
A pilot is a lifer if they fail the checkride the first time but eventually pass. Where are all those guys saying JO doesn’t want pilots to be lifers.....
