Many of you seem to be hell bent on going to Spirit, that’s fantastic if that’s what you want, but make no mistake about it, their training is far more challenging. In fact most places are much more challenging.
This is aviation, rule number one is to take responsibility for yourself no matter how unfair things may seem. If you feel that you are targeted to be let go, 99.9% chance it is because of something you did previously.
Study your butt off, keep a low profile, identify what it is the company expects from you and comply with it. If you know you are a problem child, and can’t help yourself from rocking the boat, volunteer in the union and make allies.
It also helps to get the best sim partner that you can get. Get someone who is willing to work on being successful.
