I completely agree. Something needs to be done to improve the training not just on the Ejet side, but the CRJ side too. No one seems to even be getting thru sims or the checkride anymore without having to do it twice. The fail rate right now is quite high at Mesa. Improve the training, and it will be lowered.
I went through with literally zero issues never repeated a thing. So did my sim partner. So did a friend of mine. So did about 3/4’s of my new hire class. But do go on with your fantasy.
