Twenty years ago the running joke was that every time a Southwest jet took off there was an empty trailer park somewhere. My how times have changed.
I personally admire the WN crews and the way they treat a jump seater but I loathe their cattle car product. Herb and Gary are the kings of the snake oil salesmen.
