As to the lawsuit, it is still in its infancy. It was filed in Feb 2018, so figure at least a year of discovery and motion practice. If her claims survive that, then trial maybe mid-2019 at the earliest? That assumes there isn't a settlement in the meantime.
I suspect the defendant will go to great lengths to avoid a public trial on this particular topic at this particular moment in time. Discovery process will just fine-tune the number of zeros on the check. Only prudent, the publicity would likely cost more than a settlement.
