They can try to go back to training center, but it's not a guarantee.
How does getting a training spot work? Is it 100% seniority or do communication skills/teaching ability play a part? Most of the guys I've run into that were instructing with a seniority number are pretty good teachers so it seems like it's merit based somehow.
