As said before several times, look at the Projected Category list (published after each AE) for the October 2018 bid period. This is probably your most accurate snapshot of how the various categories sit when the music stops and the MDs/VDs begin. SLIs move in and out based on their fly-breaks and aren't really "in the category" for MD/VD purposes.
