Tuna does stink up the cockpit. Repeat: TUNA WILL STINK UP THE COCKPIT! I would rather have someone fart than open up a can or pouch of tuna at cruise, at least a fart doesn't linger
Do your CA/FO/FA a favor and save it for the hotel. If you're looking for some quick, cheap and reasonably healthy protein, try beef or turkey jerky with the lowest fat and sodium content you can find. Most are low in fat, high in protein, easy to share and NOT stinky.
