Um, no.
New hire class drops are what remain
after vacancy bids. Unfortunately, they don't drive anything.
That said, the same update suggested the
possibility of a upcoming series of vacancy bids. That could be most helpful for anybody wishing to move bases.
Just remember the long-term planning committee meets three times a day.
