I heard they were only paying 15 hours for the home study and not crediting anyone for gaurentee during that time period....another words you get 15 x 23.18 for the first month. True you are not working much but that is definately not what I would expect.
This is info I heard from a new hire recently, so it is seconf hand so take it for what it is worth.
