uh...damaging business??? I hope you're not a FedEx guy...and if you are, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Tell me how NOT selling your vacation back, NOT taking a draft trip, NOT volunteering on days off is damaging business??

Tell us, what incentive does the company have to negotiate this contract?? Do you think because you take a draft or volunteer trip and make the company more money, they're going to say..."oh, good job, here is your raise, and better scope language, better healthcare, and more secure retirement"?? Yeah, that's the ticket.

The only way to send a message to the company is to show them that we're tired of them ****ing around this contract...and one way is to just DO YOUR JOB...NO MORE, NO LESS...for ONLY A FEW MONTHS of your life.

When they can't fill trips with draft and volunteers, then maybe they'll realize we're serious, settle this contract, and continue the business of MAKING MONEY. After it's all negotiated and settled, you can be as much a sky***** as you want.

Your comment sounds like the attitude of someone everyone knows with a 9999 employee number from the last contract run-around...sad.
