Gold Standard? In what decade? When is the last SLI that used DOH? You are setting yourself up for disappointment on this one. There WILL be VX guys with later hire date that will be senior to you. I think there are a lot of AK guys that will be in for a rude awakening when they find out what is fair and equitable.
