There is no way (not saying that’s what you are saying) they would be like we expect pilot costs to go up this much.

So for now it’s project costs based on the numbers we are living under. While they might know the range of the pilot costs(I’m sure they do) it’s not a hard fixed number yet.

Not saying good or bad, just not surprised.
