Excellent! Pitch up... fly your trip... and go home. Nothing more nothing less. You can't be penalized for doing your job by the terms of the contract. Perhaps if the company wants more from the group, then they will step up to the plate and give the pilot group more pay and benefits as well as additional incentives.
